pgDay Paris is a perfect opportunity for companies to reach out to users and developers of PostgreSQL, or to just give back to the community.

We are offering two sponsorship levels this year, Partner, and Supporter. While the levels for this year are set, we are always interested in discussing options if you have an idea for a specific way you would like to sponsor a future conference.

Partner: €2,000 (Sold out!)

Partner sponsorship is limited to at most 5 sponsors on a first come, first served basis.

As a Partner partner the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:

  • Permission for the Business to use the following endorsement: “Partner of pgDay Paris 2024”.
  • Prominent inclusion of the Business's logo and a link to the Business's website on the official conference website. A 300 character long description can also be included with the logo.
  • Two free attendee passes for the conference.
  • The opportunity to include one piece of corporate signage up to a size of 2 metres high by 1 metre wide in the common space of the conference.
  • Contact details of attendees who opt-in to sharing information.
  • Recognition by the presenters in the opening and closing sessions of the conference.
  • A desk in the exhibitors area of the conference venue.

Cost for Partner Partnership opportunities, as described above, is €2,000.

Supporter: €500

As a Supporter partner the Business will be entitled to the following promotional opportunities:

  • Permission for the Business to use the following endorsement: “Supporter of pgDay Paris 2024”.
  • Inclusion of the Business' logo and a link to the Business' website on the official conference website.
  • One free attendee pass for the conference.
  • Recognition by the presenters in the opening and closing sessions of the conference.

Cost for Supporter Partnership opportunities, as described above, is €500.

Sponsor attendee passes are vouchers, and are only valid for payment of a registration. They still require registration and are subject to availability just like any other registration.

VAT

PostgreSQL Europe has been VAT registered in France since 2016, all sponsorship invoices are subject to 20% VAT. For further information about VAT on our invoices, please see the VAT FAQ.
